Anton Morozov: “Military Invasion To A Sovereign State Without The UN Security Council Sanction Is Always Aggression”

Member of the International Affairs Committee Anton Morozov:
“Russia will consider sending the US military to Venezuela as manifestation of an act of foreign aggression.
In international law there are only two reasons for the introduction of troops into the territory of another state: the first is the decision of the UN Security Council, the second is the invitation of the acting head of state”.
