Leonid Slutsky was born on January 4, 1968 in Moscow.

Leonid Slutsky and PACE

From 2000 to the present, Leonid Slutsky is deputy head of the delegation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
