Inga Yumasheva participated in the conference “Russian-American Dialogue on Topical Nuclear Issues: Nuclear Non-Proliferation and Disarmament in the Era of Change”

July 29-31, conference “Russian-American Dialogue on Topical Nuclear Issues: Nuclear Non-Proliferation and Disarmament in the Era of Change” was held at the James Martin Middlebury Institute for International Studies in Monterey, USA.

The event was attended by prominent US and Russian experts in this field, California Governor Jerry Brown, as well as parliamentarians of both countries. Anton Chlopkov (Director of the Center for Energy and Security (CEB) and William Potter (Director of the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies) chaired the meeting, along with Congressman Jimmy Panetta (member of the Armed Forces Committee of the House of Representatives of the US Congress) on nuclear non-proliferation and arms control, spoke in favor of continuing the dialogue on these important issues of ensuring international security.
