Crimea and China universities agreed on cooperation

Vernadsky Crimean Federal University and Beijing Language and Culture University have agreed on cooperation in humanitarian field, RIA Novosti reported.

Crimean University representatives have visited Beijing. They have agreed with chinese colleagues that Russian students can study Chinese language online, they have also discussed summer schools in Chinese capital and in Yalta, at the VCFU branch. They have discussed possibilities of exchange programs and joint projects.

There are about 2,500 foreign students at the Vernadsky Crimean Federal University. Some of them are coming from China. The university representatives have underlined that new agreements will help raise Chinese language teaching to the new level.

Vernadsky Crimean Federal University plans to open its branch abroad after 2020 to attract more students from abroad to study in Crimea.
