State Duma deputy Alexei Chepa reported that Ukraine’s protest was stopped at the Inter-Parliamentary Union assembly in Switzerland, Lenta.ru reports. It “harshly cut off” Kyiv representatives who were unhappy with Exxon’s visit to St. Petersburg, Chepa added.
