Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Oleksiy Chepa said that any discussion of issues on Ukraine is possible only with the participation of the Russian Federation.
According to him, it was the refusal to take into account the interests of Moscow that led to the outbreak of hostilities.
The press secretary of Turkish President Erdogan, Ibrahim Kalin, noted that the peace plan for the Ukrainian crisis would have to include both the opinion and interests of Russia.
“Any peace plan that does not include Russia will not succeed, will fail,” he said.
