Deliveries of Leopard tanks to Ukraine weaken the potential of NATO countries in Europe, and also create conditions under which it is impossible to negotiate, said Oleksiy Chepa, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, deputy of the SRHR faction.
In an interview with RT, the parliamentarian also called “absolutely correct” the statement of the ex-head of the French Military Intelligence Directorate, General Christophe Gomard, who said that the supply of Leclerc tanks by Paris would become a point of no return.
Chepa added that the transfer of Leopard tanks by Western countries to Kyiv would weaken the potential of the North Atlantic Alliance in Europe.
And it creates conditions under which it will be very difficult to conduct any negotiations, the legislator concluded.
