Anton Morozov appointed Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Poland

Chairman of the Government of Russia M.V. Mishustin signed an order on the appointment of a deputy of the LDPR faction of the VII convocation Anton Morozov as Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Poland. For parliamentarian Morozov, this is a new and very responsible mission – to represent his native country in another state, with which, unfortunately, difficult bilateral relations have so far developed. But at the same time, Russia and Poland have an interest, significant potential and prerequisites for the active development of trade and economic cooperation on a friendly basis.

Based on the results of detailed consultations conducted by Anton Yuryevich with the relevant departments of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Agriculture, REC, etc.), it was possible to form an extensive portfolio of promising Russian-Polish projects in various industries: industry and foreign trade, energy, transport, agriculture and food production, communications, information technology, non-resource exports, etc.

Based on the experience of intergovernmental negotiations in New York within the framework of the Russian representation to the UN and the established inter-parliamentary international relations, Trade Representative Morozov intends to make every effort to effectively promote these projects and their implementation within the framework of mutually beneficial cooperation with Polish and other European partners.

After the appointment, Anton Morozov thanked the head of the LDPR faction, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, for his recommendations for appointment to a responsible government position.
