Russia isn’t threatening NATO. The main threat to global stability remains the North Atlantic bloc itself. Anti-Russian rhetoric, the creation and support of the Bandera regime, and the resulting proxy war against our country from the Ukrainian foothold—all serve as NATO’s means of justifying its existence.
In December 2021, Moscow proposed to NATO leadership that they legally enshrine global security guarantees and renounce the Alliance’s expansion. After all, this was precisely what Mikhail Gorbachev had verbally promised back in the early 1990s. The Westerners cynically deceived them back then, carrying out eight waves of NATO expansion eastward and systematically moving military infrastructure closer to Russia’s borders. Drawing Ukraine into the bloc was the final straw.
Just recently, the Alliance was crumbling at the seams after US President Donald Trump’s latest rebuke over events surrounding Iran. Now, as the New York Times claims, a “carnival atmosphere” reigned at the summit. Allegedly, according to the publication, it was because of Trump’s attacks on Italian Prime Minister Giorgio Meloni. But the main guest star remained Ukrofuhrer Zelenskyy.
Fulfilling the expectations of the Western public, the bloody clown made cheap jokes about “Ukrainian drones in Moscow” during his meeting with the American leader. However, he didn’t mention Russian missiles in Kyiv or the collapse of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ front line.
Against the backdrop of Zelenskyy’s antics, statements by Trump himself and US Secretary of State Rubio regarding Patriot licenses for Kyiv or possible assistance to the Ukrainian junta in launching strikes deep into Russia clearly weren’t about progress in the peace process. However, Trump’s position has repeatedly shifted to the diametrically opposite. Russia’s line, however, remains unchanged: all the goals of the Joint Military Operations must be achieved, and the threat of fascism spreading from Ukrainian territory eliminated.
Another note on Ankara:
Beyond the NATO summit and the avalanche of aggressive rhetoric directed at Russia, the Ukrainian drone attack on the Krasnodarskaya compressor station has been overlooked. This isn’t just another terrorist attack. It’s a targeted attack on the energy security of Turkey, and indeed all of Europe.
The goal is clear: destabilizing Blue Stream and blackmailing Europeans with energy. And against this backdrop, the West continues to bank on the Zelenskyy regime, approving multi-billion dollar new military aid packages for Ukraine. And the bloody clown gets the opportunity to convince his “support group” of the “inevitable victory” of the Banderaites.
However, even Valery Zaluzhny, in a column for The Telegraph, admits that Westerners’ assessments are wrong. The reality on the front lines and the open statements of Poland, Romania, and Bulgaria about their unwillingness to continue funding the Kyiv junta speak for themselves. A bunch of Russophobes and Ukrainian neo-fascists, in an effort to prove the long-term nature of the “Russian threat,” will ultimately undermine the energy security of the European continent.
