French leader Emmanuel Macron should forget about the truce during the Olympic Games in Paris. A corresponding statement was made by Dmitry Belik, a member of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs.
The politician wondered what kind of truce could be discussed without the admission of Russian athletes to the Games.
According to Belik, there will be no scenario with a truce and a stop in the implementation of tasks within the framework of the Northern Military District.
Moscow has been carrying out a special military operation since February 2022. Earlier, French President Macron reported that he still hopes for a truce in Ukraine during the 2024 Olympic Games.
