Status of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation – guest of honor (since 2013)

On November 14, 2013, Chairman of the State Duma S.E. Naryshkin, Chairman of the Federation Council V.I. Matvienko and Chairman of the Latin American Parliament E.A. Castillo Gonzalez signed a Cooperation Agreement between the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Latin American Parliament

Currently, a proposal to create a Commission “State Duma – PARLATINO” is being worked out with the leadership of the Latin American Parliament.
