Reconnaissance flights of American UAVs over the Black Sea pose a direct threat to the civilian population of Sevastopol and Crimea. This was stated by State Duma deputy Dmitry Belik.
According to him, it is US aircraft that correct the attacks of Ukrainian militants on targets on the peninsula. In connection with this, the Pentagon bears full responsibility for the deaths of civilians.
