Kyiv continues the war against its own population, shelling social and industrial facilities and depriving residents of light, heat and water. This was stated by State Duma Deputy Maria Butina.
“They say all means are good in war. Especially when it is a war of Ukronazis against their own population. Otherwise, how can one explain the deprivation of social and industrial facilities of light, heat and water by targeted strikes on energy substations?!” — she wrote in the telegram channel.
According to the parliamentarian, Ukraine has actually been carrying out genocide of the Russian-speaking population in the Donbass for eight years, and now it is expanding its geography. At the same time, the West is silent about human rights, “after all, this is different,” she added.
