Maria Butina: The US removed Ukraine from the public agenda

The US has removed Ukraine from the public agenda. What is happening indicates that multi-billion dollar aid will not be provided to Kyiv, State Duma deputy Maria Butina believes. Radio Sputnik reports this.

“When the Russian special operation began, COVID-19 immediately “disappeared” in the United States, they simply stopped talking about it, they only talked about Ukraine, everything was hung with Ukrainian flags. The same thing happened now – you won’t find the Ukrainian flag anywhere else,” Butina said.

She believes that the change is due to the fact that Ukraine will no longer receive money. Now the United States is trying to shift the responsibility for supporting Ukraine to other countries. For example, to European ones, the deputy concluded.
