The conflict with Israel is difficult for Iran, so the country’s politicians are looking for a way out of it, noted Dmitry Novikov, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs.
“When people involved in politics make statements, they very often mean the political reaction to these statements. It is clear that such decisions are made at a slightly different level,” Novikov noted.
According to the deputy, Iranian society and politicians are now actively looking for a way out of the current situation.
Earlier, Ebrahim Rezaei said that the best time has come for Iran to withdraw from the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).
