State Duma deputy, member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs Elena Panina commented on the actions of the Ukrainian authorities that blocked the draft resolution of the Russian Federation on combating coronavirus in the GA ON, which provides for the removal of coercive economic measures that limit the ability to fight a pandemic.
According to Panina, the actions of official Kiev look especially cynical against the backdrop of the threat of hunger hanging over millions of people in developing countries, which was recently warned by the FAO (United Nations Food Organization).
