British Foreign Minister Dominic Raab has been making his career in the Magnitsky case since 2012. So the State Duma deputy, member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, director of the Institute of Russian Strategies (RUSSTRAT) Elena Panina commented on the announcement of London’s decision to impose new sanctions against Russia as part of the Magnitsky amendment.
“It was then that Mr. Raab first began to demand the freezing of Russian assets and the cancellation of visas for Russian officials. As you can see, the zeal of the British official in defending the interests of the “class close” to London international swindler Browder is well rewarded – Raab now leads British foreign policy. Thanks to him, London has become the main headquarters of anti-Russian diplomatic activity on a global scale, ”Panina emphasized.
According to Panina, Raab’s actions look especially cynical against the backdrop of the brutal persecution to which the British authorities subjected Julian Assange, who is not a fake, but a true fighter for freedom of speech and human rights.
“London keeps Assange in inhuman conditions and is preparing to extradite the US to the death penalty, but at the same time continues to cultivate Russophobia and stubbornly avenge the billions that prevented Browder from stealing in Russia,” Panina stated.
