Vyacheslav Nikonov noted the intention of Russia and China to create an alternative center of influence in the world

The statement by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin suggests that Russia and China are determined to create an alternative center of influence in the modern world. This opinion was expressed by Vyacheslav Nikonov, deputy head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, deputy of the United Russia faction, in his Telegram channel.

The representative of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, the parliamentarian noted, said at a briefing that “cooperation between Russia and China has no boundaries, our struggle for peace has no boundaries, our desire to maintain security has no limits, our opposition to hegemonism has no limits.”

This is a very serious statement, which indicates that Russia and China, as well as other participants in the consultations that are currently taking place in Beijing, are determined to create an alternative center of influence in the modern world, the parliamentarian is convinced.

Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak during the “government hour” spoke about the prospects for the supply of Russian energy resources to Asia. According to him, negotiations are underway with Asian partners on the possibility of additional supplies to their markets.
