Zheleznyak noted: “The obvious activation of the United States in the Asia-Pacific region is aimed at countering the United States not only with China, but also has the task of unbalancing the security system, into which Russia is inscribed. The United States is extremely sensitive to the strengthening of cooperation between Russia and China, which the American authorities have officially designated as their opponents.
