The first meeting of the State Duma of the 8th convocation took place today. We have elected Vyacheslav Volodin as the chairman of the State Duma. My colleagues supported me for the post of First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs. As it was in the two previous convocations. Intensive work lies ahead in the Duma and in my constituency. Many thanks for the support to everyone who believed in me and trusted to represent the interests of the next five years.
