APPEAL
STATE DUMA
To the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany in connection with the participation of the Federal Republic of Germany in the crimes of the Kyiv regime against civilians and damage to civilian infrastructure on the territory of the Russian Federation
Deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation consider it fundamentally important, timely and necessary to appeal to German parliamentarians – members of the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany in connection with the release of information about the discussion by the German military command of the supply of Taurus cruise missiles to Ukraine and their use by Ukrainian armed forces to strike critically important civil infrastructure facilities in Russia, including the Crimean Bridge across the Kerch Strait. The Luftwaffe inspector of the Bundeswehr, Lieutenant General I. Gerhartz, instructed high-ranking German officers on how to plan the supply of long-range missiles to Ukraine, provide accelerated training for Ukrainian personnel, and provide them with the necessary intelligence data to destroy the most important transport artery connecting the Russian regions. In the tradition of Hitler’s Luftwaffe, without worrying at all about possible casualties among Russian civilians, as well as about the humanitarian consequences for the multi-million population of Crimea as a result of the destruction of the Crimean Bridge, this military leader is worried exclusively about how to hide the complicity of the German armed forces in the planned crimes of the Kiev regime and deflect the inevitable accusations against the political leadership of the Federal Republic of Germany, primarily Chancellor O. Scholz.
From the distributed audio recording it directly follows that the task for the air force officers was set by one of the country’s highest military-political leaders, probably Defense Minister B. Pistorius. Thus, the policy of encouraging the Kyiv regime to expand the territory of the military conflict and continue terror against civilians, imposed from Washington, also finds support in Berlin.
Numerous facts testifying to the use of Western weapons and ammunition by Ukraine, as well as the participation of military personnel from the United States, Great Britain, France and other NATO countries, including Germany, in combat operations in Ukraine, including as instructors and military specialists involved in servicing a complex military technology, give every reason to assert the reliability and extreme danger of the plans hatched by the leadership of the Bundeswehr. Under these conditions, Chancellor O. Scholz’s statements about the inexpediency of supplying long-range missiles to Ukraine raise natural doubts and may be aimed at concealing the true goals of German policy in the Ukrainian direction.
Deputies of the State Duma call on the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany to conduct an objective investigation into the participation of Bundeswehr soldiers in hostilities on the territory of Ukraine. Contrary to claims that military supplies to Kiev are “bringing peace closer”, today it is Ukraine, transformed by the efforts of Western politicians into a bloody testing ground where the armies of NATO countries and Western companies of the military-industrial complex test various types of weapons and military equipment, that is suffering the most from the desire of Kiev’s NATO patrons to wage war with Russia “to the last Ukrainian.”
In accordance with the Treaty on the Final Settlement with respect to Germany of September 12, 1990, according to which only peace will emanate from German soil, and actions that can and have the goal of destroying peace between peoples, in particular preparations for waging an offensive war, are unconstitutional and punishable , deputies of the State Duma call on the Bundestag to prevent actions that drag Germany into an armed conflict on the side of the fascist-terrorist Ukrainian regime.
The State Duma is convinced that the successful long-term experience of the Soviet-German and Russian-German settlement, the common sense of the German people and parliamentarians expressing their will, will prevent the catastrophe of direct armed confrontation between Germany and Russia, and will bring closer the beginning of a mutually beneficial political dialogue in the name of peace and prosperity in Europe .
