January 16 the Committee on International Affairs held a meeting and recommended to adopt the draft Federal Law No. 851215-7 “On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Angola on Cooperation in the Research and Use of Outer Space for Peaceful Purposes”, as well as the draft Federal Law No. 847322 -7 “On ratification of the Tenth Protocol to the Constitution of the Universal Postal Union adopted by the Extraordinary Congress of the Universal Postal Union.” Both bills were submitted to the State Duma by the Government of the Russian Federation.
The Committee proposes to introduce ratification projects for the plenary discussion on January 21.
