Dmitry Belik called Kuleba’s statement about Russia’s attempts to weaken Ukraine provocative

Dmitry Belik, a member of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, commented in an interview with RT on the statement by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba that Russia has been trying since 2014 to weaken Ukraine using various means.

According to the parliamentarian, since 2014, on the initiative of the Ukrainian authorities, a number of bilateral agreements with Russia in various areas of cooperation have been terminated.

“Shifting from a sore head to a healthy one is an example of classical Ukrainian diplomacy … Back in March 2014, Ukraine almost completely suspended cooperation with Russia in the military-technical sphere, then in the military-industrial complex. Gradually, the official Kiev broke off all relations with our country, including economic, transport, tourist, and after all, Russia until that time was the main partner of Ukraine, “said the deputy.

Belik stressed that Kiev broke production chains with Russia, leaving its enterprises “without a traditional sales market.”

“And now Kuleba says that our country has been trying for seven years to weaken Ukraine and block its cooperation with other states. This statement, like other statements by Kuleba, is groundless and provocative, ”the deputy added.

According to him, the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry is trying to draw attention to his person, using Russophobic statements.

Earlier, the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Dmitry Kuleba said that since 2014 Russia has been trying to weaken Ukraine using various means.
