The Russian leader also touched upon the bilateral relations between Moscow and Washington. He noted that our country is ready for contacts with the overseas power, based on equality and mutual benefit for both sides. Vladimir Putin does not doubt that this is necessary not only for Russia and the United States, but for the whole world.
“As the largest nuclear powers, we have a special responsibility for ensuring strategic stability and security,” he added.
