The head of the international committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Leonid Slutsky said that a large Russian-French inter-parliamentary commission will be held in Moscow in late July.
“We are now preparing a joint large commission, which we have not worked for several years, a large Russian-French commission,” he told reporters. The deputy added that “we are waiting for François de Rugie, the speaker of the national assembly”.
Slutsky added that the meeting “will be held in the 20th of July in Moscow, and we will discuss the most sensitive issues of the bilateral and European agenda.”
