Poland destroys monuments to Soviet soldiers-liberators to falsify the history of World War II.
This today at a meeting of the Presidium of the Council of Legislators of Russia said the chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs Leonid Slutsky, the correspondent of the “Political Navigator”.
“Children come to memorial sites, they see that according to the textbooks where the history and results of the war are falsified, there really are no Soviet military graves, there are Polish ones. And Polish children see everything the way they are presented in history textbooks, “Slutsky said.
Although such trends exist in other countries, only Poland, the deputy believes, they are of such a large scale.
“At the central military cemetery in Warsaw, the holy burial places of Soviet soldiers-liberators have been practically destroyed, they simply grind out the gravestones and are exported, and I do not even want to continue what is happening to them. These burials are simply destroyed. This is happening today in dozens of military cemeteries, memorial sites in Poland, “Slutsky said.
