Leonid Slutsky and PACE
From 2000 until Russia’s withdrawal from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Leonid Slutsky was the deputy head of the delegation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, as well as the coordinator of the deputy group for relations with the Parliament of the French Republic.
